Never a problem here. Great service!

Best Starbucks in Williamsburg. They turn cars through their drive through very quickly, always get my order right, and are friendly to boot.

Always good coffee , I only get black dark roast and have my own cup. I stock up on stars for my daughter to get fancy drinks for free. Clean place, nice staff.

Great drive through service. Easy to locate from the interstate so it's and easy off, easy on for travelers.

The barista, Jade was extremely helpful & upgraded my drink to a venti due to them being out of the strawberry mix for a pink drink. Thank you for the great guest service!! You made my night.

Great place to stop for hot coffee on a cold day. Positioned perfectly off 199 for easy access passing through, but could be considered out of the way if you work/live in the heart of Williamsburg. Be wary of their heavy traffic times, it can get busy quick.

I ordered a coffee cake and waited for 20 minutes and they told us they didn't have it. So I ordered something else and waited, and once again they didn't have it. This happened one last time until I finally got something they had. The reason of my 3 stars rating is the fact that the food was still great and delicious. I was a little disappointed and it wasn't a great experience.

Mine was great, as usual, but my wife's cinnamon dulce latte appeared to be missing the cinnamon.

I have literally never had a bad experience here. (And I go a lot!!) My favorite person there is Lucas. (I believe that's the name, he wears glasses and works the window often) so incredibly sweet and always happy! 😊

Hey guys learn to put soap and toilet paper in your men’s room.Have to say I am done with this location. Stopped on my way out of town and got a coffeeless white chocolate mocha. How do you forget to put coffee into COFFEE!!!!

One of the best in the area. I am choosy about customer service and this location does a great job at it. They own up to their mistakes but also do their best to make sure each customer feels appreciated.

I watched the barista, Samantha, flip my wife off and curse in her direction because she drove through the drive through lines to go inside. She said she honked but that was the driver behind her when we realized we couldn’t drive by and stopped. I had walked around to the store side and the only reason she through is because a truck of a neighboring business had access blocked off with a truck and you all were getting your parking lot repaved. I am highly disappointed and the worse part is my child watched her do it.

I have been to this Starbucks several times. I have been there with my friends. I think it is a very nice Starbucks. I do enjoy the variety of beverages that you can choose from.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations to go to. The staff pretty much know me and they've always been so friendly with smiles on their faces. I've never had a problem with my order being nasty or wrong at this location.

This was my first visit to this location. Staff members were helpful and pleasant. Young lady got all sizes and she explained how to order. She stated she was there to help guest understand and she didnt mind sharing her Knowledge. I love Starbucks banana nut bread and their teas. I actually had the green tea with Lemonade and I normally get the blueberry one. This location was out of blueberries. However this one was very good. Very clean store and very friendly and courteous staff members. I will go back to this location.

People are friendly, service great. I didn't like the eggnog latte, no flavor at all. Taste like warm milk, not worth the price.

Was just in the drive-thru and boy are they messing up today!!! Ordered a iced vanilla latte with almond milk, well the served me a hot cup of coffee and when I told the girl in the drive thru she said well give it to me! Never apologized!!! And the pink drink had NO MILK in it !!! Just pink juice!!! The girl working the drive thru at 3:20 today had no name tag to her rudeness couldn’t be singled out to her!!! Won’t go back there!!

Best Starbucks in “the burg”. However, They can be very busy especially around the holiday and weekends.

This place is never consistent... I use the Starbucks app and place my coffee order 5-10 minutes before so I can get it right when I get there. However, I have no idea why I ended up waiting more than 15 minutes for my coffee, making me late to work. I would have left without it but since I prepaid, I had to wait. The lady seemed very inexperienced because I had to ask her where it was and she didn't look at the order until I finally asked. It's ridiculous, I come from the service industry and she just looked at me like I was bothering her... PLEASE hire people that actually care because considering it was not busy inside either leaves no excuses.

Very nice location. Service is good. I wish they would have asked what type if cream cheese I wanted for my bagel when going through the drive thru. The avacodo is a little spicy for my taste.

One of the friendliest and most patient locations I have visited. Ordered multiple beverages and food items and everything received was correct. The white tea guava lemonade is by far one of the best drinks they've debuted in awhile! I'm not of fan of the coffee, but I will return for the tea.

All my experiences there have been amazing. I always get the salted caramel mocha latte and every time I get it it’s amazing. The customer service is outstanding, I always go with my dog and they love him and offer to give him a pup cup. This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to hands down.

It is easy to find this place. Plenty of parking. Outside seating area is a bit crowded. Inside is clean. What sets this place apart was customer service. Barista was prompt; drinks were made to my liking. We are out of towners, but I saw that barista knows her regulars and their drinks. She was fast and efficient. Great service. Would highly recommend, especially if you need your drinls done right and quickly.

I didn't have the best experience in the drive thru the first time I went so I thought ì go in this time. Much better customer service experience.

This place is horrible. There were 10 cars in the drive thur so I went inside. I was the only one inside and watched all 10 cars get there order. After waiting 15 mins and watch them only care about the drive thur and still not have the drink I ordered I asked for a refund. No apology’s from anyone.

Pink drink was perfect, other places make it to milky.

The establishment in general was dirty, including the restroom. Customer service was lacking among all but one employee/barista. The young lady who made my drink actually wiped her nose with her hand like it was nothing and continued making my drink. When I stopped and requested she go wash her hands she seemed shocked and annoyed as to why...even after I explained. At that point I decided I would rather get a refund and know never to return. How gross and unprofessional! Take my advice. Drive the distance to find another Starbucks.

Excellent view, the outside place look very relaxing and inviting. Customer service was awesome. Clean place and that included the bathrooms. Was not crowded at all, and I got my order fast.

I live Starbucks and go there often the people are nice the food is good too. The only bad thing is I got a bug in my drink.

I stopped by as I was traveling this morning. I drove off and realized my coffee was anything but hot. Afrer getting on I-64, I had to stop by another Starbucks to get my expected coffee experience.

Service was wonderful. Toasted bagels with cream cheese are great.

There is no reason to go anywhere else to get coffee! Not only do they make the best coffee, they have the best customer service hands down!
